I am a proud mother, entrepreneur, Gymshark athlete, Womens Best Ambassador, and fitness mentor.
I am currently living in Queensland Australia with my personal trainer fiancé Reece. I grew up in rural Australia surrounded by animals and nature before I decided it was time to experience life in the city, travelling overseas and living in countries such as Malaysia, and Switzerland and then moving back to Australia a few years later. I have four sisters and two brothers who I’m very close with, as well as a beautiful son and a new baby girl. I have a passion for food, travelling, fashion, makeup, and all things fitness.
Ever Since I was young I loved sports and being active but I began to live an unhealthy lifestyle in my teen years. I partied, drank, smoke, and did pretty much everything you shouldn’t. I didn’t focus on what it was doing to my body. I’ve had everything from a skinny saggy butt to a large dimply butt with absolutely no tone. I was always up and down with my weight until I realized I needed to make a change. Once I started to learn about fitness and proper nutrition I became addicted to how amazing I was feeling and the results I was seeing and that is where my fitness journey began. I’m now healthy, strong, happy, and loving my body more and more every day. I currently train hard 5 days a week doing a combination of weight training, HIIT, and cardio. I focus my training around building a round, lifted butt, without neglecting my upper body, back, and core. I eat clean whole foods avoiding junk food and anything with added chemicals and preservatives. I eat strictly during the week and then on the weekends I allow myself to indulge a little by going out to restaurants or having a cheat meal.
The changes I have seen and felt in myself make me want to share what I’ve learnt with women everywhere. The amount of love and support I receive from my followers is amazing and I wish I could thank every single one of you as you motivate me to push myself further everyday. I hope to give back by sharing my knowledge, motivating, and inspiring women to live healthier lives. I post photos of my body to show how far I’ve come and to document my journey. I want women and mothers everywhere to see that you can have the body you dream of if you put in the effort, be consistent, and make health a priority in your life. I don’t want women to give up after having a baby thinking their body is ruined or will never be the same. The truth is that it probably won’t ever be the same, but it can be even better! I want to teach women how to train for their goals and how to use food as fuel so they can work towards being a stronger, healthier, happier version of themselves.
